Terms of Use

By accessing or using the LUPI Miniverse LP-System Observer Interface (“the System”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

• ·You must provide accurate information when registering an Observer account.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ·Each Observer account is personal and non-transferable.
• ·You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in the ranking or collection system.

• ·Event participation and signal unlocking is subject to physical event attendance and QR/NFC interaction requirements.
• ·Archive records are generated based on verified event interactions. Records cannot be manually fabricated.
• ·Event access and signal availability may change without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• ·System Abuse: Attempting to exploit, overload, or disrupt LP-System infrastructure.
• ·Impersonation: Claiming to be another Observer, HAMCUS staff, or LP-System administrator.
• ·Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary system logic, QR codes, or unlock mechanisms.
• ·QR Misuse: Reproducing, distributing, or exploiting event QR codes outside of their intended single-use context.
• ·Unofficial Exploits: Using unofficial tools, scripts, or methods to unlock signals, manipulate rankings, or bypass system restrictions.
• ·Data Harvesting: Scraping or collecting other Observers' data without consent.

All LP-System content, including Lupien character designs, signal artwork, system interface design, and lore, is the intellectual property of HAMCUS and LUPI Miniverse. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Signal archive records are generated by the LP-System based on verified interactions. We reserve the right to correct, remove, or adjust records in cases of system errors, abuse, or data integrity issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Observer accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or compromise the integrity of the LP-System. Terminated accounts forfeit all archive records and collection progress.

The LP-System is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data permanence, or specific event availability. Signal availability and event schedules are subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUPI Miniverse and HAMCUS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the LP-System.

We may update these Terms as the LP-System evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via system notifications.
