LUPI Miniverse (“LP-System”, “we”, “us”) operates the Observer Interface at lupiminiverse.com and related subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you register as an Observer and interact with the LP-System.

We do not sell your personal data. Data collected is used solely for LP-System operations, Observer identity management, and event participation records.

• ·Account Registration: Email address, password (hashed), and Observer identity data generated upon registration.
• ·Google Login: If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google account email and profile identifier. We do not access your Google contacts, Drive, or other Google services.
• ·Observer Records: Your Observer ID, handle, rank, level, collection progress, and signal unlock history.
• ·Event Interaction Records: QR code scan logs, NFC interaction records, unlock timestamps, and event attendance data.
• ·Notification Preferences: Your email subscription choices (event updates, campaign emails, system notices).
• ·Analytics Usage: Anonymized page view data via Google Analytics to understand system usage patterns.
• ·Cookies & Local Storage: Session tokens, language preferences, and UI state stored in browser local storage and cookies.

• ·Record and display your signal collection and archive progress

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Limited data sharing occurs only with:

• ·Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure provider.
• ·Google Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics. No personally identifiable data is shared.
• ·Resend: Email delivery infrastructure for system notifications. Used as sending layer only, not as a customer-facing contact identity.

Observer account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact.hamcus@gmail.com.

LP-System uses browser cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your language preference, and store UI state. These are functional cookies required for the system to operate. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy as LP-System evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via system notifications. Continued use of the Observer Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
